Project Overview: Custom Rooftop Deck

This project involved the design and construction of a bespoke rooftop deck engineered to serve as a sophisticated outdoor entertainment space. The scope of work was tailored to meet the client's specific requirements for an elevated leisure area, emphasizing custom features and robust construction.

Custom Built-in Seating solutions were fabricated to maximize usable deck space and provide durable, comfortable areas for guests. A prominent 9-foot roof trellis was custom-designed, fabricated, and installed. This architectural feature provides sun shading. Specialized architectural roof metal and custom-fabricated side panels were integrated into the deck's perimeter design. These components were installed to provide to enhanced privacy, and provide a distinct contemporary aesthetic. Built-in Flower Planters seamlessly integrated into the deck's design, these planters provide dedicated and self-contained spaces for landscaping elements. These planters were constructed with the same treated lumber material and proper internal drainage system. Their strategic placement enhances the natural ambiance and visual appeal.

The result is a custom-designed outdoor living space that significantly enhances the property's entertainment capabilities and aesthetic value.
